For whom?
This type of access is for all those students who have one of the following degrees:
- European Baccalaureate Degree.
- International Baccalaureate Diploma.
- Title, diploma or studies equivalent to the Baccalaureate degree of the Spanish Educational System and come from an Educational System of a Member State of the European Union or with International Agreements.
What does it consist of?
It is the acronym for the Baccalaureate Evaluation for University Access and is the test carried out by the Baccalaureate students in Spain who want to access university studies.
The main services that universities demand are:
- Qualification for access to the University (CAU).
- To perform Specific Competition Tests (PCE).
Required Documentation
For students of the European Union or educational systems with reciprocity agreement, the documentation in general will be:
- Certified copy of the academic records of the last two pre-university courses
- Certified copy of the document proving access to the university in the educational system of origin.

Exam dates
Call for May / June. The exams will be held from May 20 to 24 in Spanish territory and from June 1 to 6 abroad.
September Call The exams will take place from September 2 to 7.
University registration deadlines
In order to obtain a place in the Spanish university, it is necessary that you carry out the university pre-registration within the deadlines determined by each university. Public universities usually close their pre-registration period in the first days of July, although some may have different deadlines. Remember to ask these deadlines when you consult the university where you want to start studies.
