Admission Score = General Phase: minimum grade of 4. Specific Phase: minimum grade of 5.
a, b = 0.2 or 0.1 according to the weighting table.

To calculate the admission score for CFGS:

Admission Score = NMGS Score + a * opt1 + b * opt2

a, b = 0.2 or 0.1 according to the weighting table.

In Spain, the university seat allocation system is based on supply and demand. If there are more applicants than available university seats for certain studies, the system selects those students with the best admission scores.

University PRE-REGISTRATION takes place in June, during which students choose which studies and at which university they wish to pursue them.

In Catalonia, applicants can choose up to 8 degree programs.

From our offices, we will advise and guide you through the university pre-registration process to ensure you have the best chances of getting the desired seat.

These applications can be submitted in different autonomous communities. If you are allocated seats in more than one of them, you decide where to enroll. Once the application deadline has closed, the system, based solely on admission scores, will assign university seats, and the cut-off score for each Degree/University will be published. This score indicates the minimum score needed to obtain the seat during that year in the June session and may vary each year.

For guidance purposes, you can view the scores in Catalonia for previous June sessions here.

Once you have been assigned a university seat, and if it is to your satisfaction, all you need to do is proceed with the enrollment at the designated school or faculty.

If you are not assigned your first choice, you can still wait for the subsequent rounds of reassignments, with the possibility of securing a better option.

At the academy, we will provide you with all the details and guidance needed to maximize your chances of getting the seat you truly want. We will also keep you informed about enrollment deadlines and the start of your university classes.
