ACADEMIA GUIU, in the event of any modification to these General Terms and Conditions, will always respect the terms accepted by the user at the time of purchase. Therefore, we provide the email address info@academiaguiu.com so that Users may ask any questions about the General Terms and Conditions or request a copy in case of loss.
The object of the contract is the course chosen by the student, so the cost of it is that indicated in the specific section, and will be accrued from the moment of registration, without prejudice to the fact that it may be distributed or divided into installments in order to facilitate its payment.
b.- Applicable rules
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Terms and Conditions of Contract, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, which regulates Telephone or Electronic Contracting with general terms and conditions, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19, Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Use of the website https://www.academiaguiu.com does not require USER registration. To enroll in any of our courses or to make a payment, prior acceptance of our 'privacy policy' and these 'general terms and conditions of purchase' governing the service is required.
Visit the courses section and access the enrollment options (some courses do not offer this option) for the course that interests you by clicking the 'I WANT TO ENROLL IN THE COURSE' button at the top of the page.
Once you access the registration page, you can reserve and pay for a course with a 10% discount already applied to the price shown, in point 1 of the two available on that page. You will need to fill in the required fields. You can choose to pay via PayPal or through ACADEMIA GUIU's payment gateway using Redsys.
If you wish to make the remaining payment for a course you have already enrolled in, following the instructions provided by the ACADEMIA GUIU office, you can use point 2 on the course registration page for this purpose. In this case, the only payment option is through the ACADEMIA GUIU point of sale via the Redsys payment gateway.
Pricing
The course fees are shown in € (Euros). This is the final price the student will pay, as training activities are not subject to VAT. Course registration is individual, so courses must be booked separately.
Territorial scope of the service:
The courses offered by ACADEMIA GUIU are exclusively in-person and take place at either of our 2 locations in the center of Barcelona (Spain).
The start date of the courses is the one shown in the course documentation that the secretariat will have provided you when you inquired about the course contract.
Terms and Conditions (Shipping costs. Delivery times.)
By registering for one of ACADEMIA GUIU's in-person courses, you are reserving your place and gaining access to learning materials. ACADEMIA GUIU will also assist you with the necessary procedures and accreditations, as you will have been informed by the ACADEMIA GUIU office. At the same time, you are certifying that you meet the minimum legal age requirement to enroll in the course. If you are not of legal age, your legal guardian (if over 18) will complete the registration process on your behalf. You are registering for an in-person service under the above conditions; therefore, standard shipping costs and delivery times do not apply.
Return Policy:
Once the withdrawal period has expired, and registration has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The registration fee will be used to cover the administrative, management, and structural costs of ACADEMIA GUIU.
