Overview of the semi-intensive Spanish course in Barcelona

Intensive annual course designed for students who wish to make continuous progress in Spanish throughout a full academic year.

The program combines 2 or 3 consecutive ELE 320 courses, depending on the student's starting level and the target level to be worked on.

General objective of the course

Develop the ability to argue, nuance opinions, and understand texts of medium-high complexity.

Methodology

Communicative learning, tasks, role-plays, guided debates, and oral and written production. Small groups of up to 15 students 

Assessment and certification

The assessment includes active participation, assignments and projects, quizzes, and a final exam. To obtain a certificate of completion for our course, you must pass the final exam and have a class attendance rate of over 80%. If you do not complete the entire course, have less than 80% attendance, do not take the final exam, or do not pass, you will receive a certificate of attendance. If you require an official diploma, you must take the DELE or SIELE exam. Academia Guiu is an examination center for both official exams and we can guide you through the registration process.

The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The registration fee covers the reservation of a place, learning materials, administrative procedures, and accreditation.

RESERVATION OF PLACE OR ENROLLMENT

The tuition fee covers academic fees, administrative fees (file opening and maintenance), and other charges related to the Guiu Academy. Once you have submitted your application, the Academy will contact you as soon as possible to complete the registration process.

Each course has a specific cost, and your assigned sales representative will inform you about the available payment options. It is crucial that you provide your contact information correctly so that the Academy can proceed with your enrollment.

The available payment methods are: cash, bank transfer, debit card or credit card*.

Should you decide not to complete the remaining payment for the chosen course, your file will be temporarily suspended and, if applicable, the academic effects will be cancelled, without the right to a refund of the tuition paid.

*Any bank charges incurred in paying tuition fees will be the responsibility of the interested parties.
